Reset cap

The ladder is 215 resets long, but it does not open all at once. The server carries a ceiling that rises with its population: no one passes a stage until enough accounts have reached the reset that unlocks it, so the earliest players cannot run away from a server that is still filling up.

The ceiling opens at 25, 50, 75, 100 and 125, and after 125 it goes all the way to 215 in one step. The first 25 are open from the start - the opening of the game is meant to have no ceiling in it at all - and every stage after that waits for a set number of accounts to reach the stage below it: 10, 25, 50, 80 and, for the last one, 100. An account is counted once, by the highest reset it has ever reached, so a stage that opens can never close again.
