🔒Battle Grund time event

I have a suggestion. The situation is as follows: the Battleground event opens 4 times a day—every 3 hours and 30 minutes—followed by a 10-hour gap before it starts again. Many of us living in the West do a large portion of our gaming during those 10 hours, which means we are asleep when the event takes place. Consequently, we don’t have the same opportunity to participate in all the Battleground sessions that players in other regions do. I find this unfair, as certain events are accessible to some players but not others, purely due to time zone differences. My suggestion is to keep the 4 daily sessions but space them out every 6 hours—making it consistent with other events like BC or DS.

Thank you for such a detailed suggestion. Your opinion really matters to us, and the time-zone problem you describe is a fair point.

Before we change anything, we’d like to hear from the rest of the players as well. Rather than moving one event at a time, we want to collect everyone’s feedback on the whole event schedule (Battleground, BC, DS and the others) in one go, and then rework it once so that it suits players in every region.

So please invite other players to join this discussion and share which hours work best for them. The more opinions we gather, the fairer the new schedule will be.

Good news: we found two free slots in the night part of the schedule and added Battle Grounds there. From today it opens six times a day, every four hours around the clock:

03:15 · 07:15 · 11:15 · 15:15 · 19:15 · 23:15 (server time)

The 10-hour gap is gone, so players in the West now have sessions during their evening as well. The Battle Grounds page on the site shows the schedule and counts down to the next session in your own local time.
