1. Prohibited Actions:
1.1 Use of exploits, cheats, or third-party programs
Modifying game or launcher files, assisting others, or attempting to exploit the game is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent account ban, IP blocking, and device ban.
1.2 Selling in-game valuables for real money
Real-money transactions for in-game items without administrative approval will lead to a ban.
Penalty: Permanent account ban.
1.3 Flooding
Posting the same message more than twice in a short period.
Penalty: 1-hour mute, increased for repeated violations.
1.4 Offensive language, insults, or threats
Including political slogans, Nazi propaganda, or threats of real-life violence.
Penalty: 24-hour mute.
1.5 Insulting or threatening an administrator
Penalty: 24-hour mute or ban.
1.6 Creating character names similar to administrators
Players must seek approval from the administration before using such names.
Penalty: Permanent account ban.
1.7 Disrupting game events or tournaments
Penalty: Disqualification or 24-hour ban.
1.8 Advertising third-party projects
Penalty: Permanent account ban.
1.9 Tarnishing the server’s reputation
Penalty: Disqualification or 24-hour ban.
1.10 Deceiving the administration
Providing false statements, fabricating evidence, or impersonating an administrator.
Penalty: 7-day jail time or permanent account ban.
1.11 Inactivity or unfair point farming in PvP events
Includes pre-arranged matches, multi-accounting, or AFK farming.
Penalty: 24-hour ban.
2. Allowed Actions:
2.1 Killing other players
PvP is a core part of the game; no complaints will be entertained.
2.2 Preventing others from killing monsters (Kill Stealing - KS)
KS is part of the game’s competition. Complaints will not be addressed.
3. Administration:
3.1 Administrators will never ask for your password or items
Beware of scammers.
3.2 Administrators do not threaten players
If someone threatens you with a ban, they are likely a scammer.
3.3 Administrators may modify, restart, or shut down the server as needed
Server maintenance and improvements may require reboots or temporary shutdowns.

Refund Policy
General Terms
The services offered by EPICMU include the ability to purchase virtual in-game currency and internal services using real money. These options are available only if you have reached the legal age in your country of residence.
The EPICMU team retains full control over all virtual currency and services. At any time, with or without prior notice, we may modify the value, availability, or existence of virtual currency at our sole discretion.
By purchasing virtual currency or using internal services, you agree to EPICMU’s refund policy.
Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for promotional items or purchases made with discount coupons.
Refund Eligibility
To request a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your purchase was made within the last 14 days.
- The purchased virtual currency has not been used in any way.
- No transactions have been made on the in-game market after the purchase.
Refund Process
To process a refund, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. If your request meets all the required conditions, you will be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
