Title: Missing 19 Jewels of Soul in a trade with MrMals

Hello,

I'm reporting a problem with a trade I made with MrMals on Monday at 01:02 server time.

MrMals showed a stack of 20 Jewels of Soul in the trade window, and I agreed to pay 100,000,000 zen for them. The trade went through and the zen was taken, but I received only 1 Jewel of Soul. The other 19 are missing.

Trade details:
- Buyer: Arka
- Seller: MrMals
- Time: Monday, 01:02:14 server time
- Paid: 100,000,000 zen
- Expected: 20 Jewels of Soul
- Received: 1 Jewel of Soul

Please check this trade and let me know if the missing jewels or the zen can be returned.

Hello! We have checked the trade. The log confirms the trade itself: one stack of Jewel of Soul was handed over for 100,000,000 zen. However, the trade log does not record the number of jewels in a stack, so it cannot prove that exactly 20 were transferred. We will change how trades are logged, so the amount will be recorded in future trades.
