I can't connect to the server

"During the morning and afternoon I connected to the server without any problem, however now at night it won't let me connect, I downloaded the launcher again and nothing. I play from a Mac and what happens is that after opening the client and selecting the Genesis X50 server, the message 'You are disconnected from the server' automatically appears. What is happening and what can I do?"

Login problem last night: what happened and what we did

Dear players,

Last night, from around 02:35 server time, nobody could log in to the game. Players who were already online could keep playing, but after logging out they could not get back in. Unfortunately, this time I slept through the problem and did not see it until the morning. I am very sorry.

What happened. An old bug in the server showed up for the first time today. Very rarely, when a player logged out, their connection slot could get stuck: the server counted it as free, but it was still marked as busy. The server kept offering that stuck slot to every new login and refusing it every time, so one stuck slot locked everyone out.

What we did. The server fix is going out right now. The server now skips any slot that is not really free, and every second it finds stuck slots and clears them. Even if this happens again, it will no longer block logins.

The server will be available again within 10 minutes.
