Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers
This page explains which data the EPICMU ONLINE website and game server collect, why, and what happens to it. By registering and playing you accept it.
We do not sell players' data and do not pass it to advertising networks.
2. What we collect
- At registration: your login, password and email address.
- In the game: your characters, their items and progress, and the IP address and time of each game login.
- On the site: the IP address and time of account logins, failed login attempts and password reset requests - to protect accounts from being taken over.
- The messages and images you send to support.
- When you buy Epic Coins: the order number, amount and payment status, and from PayPal the payer's email. Card details are entered on PayPal's or Stripe's side; we never see or store them.
- If you join the streamer program: your channel link and author code.
- A log of the letters the site sent you: address, time and delivery result.
3. Why
- to run your account, the game and purchases;
- to protect accounts from theft and the server from cheating and abuse;
- to answer you in support and settle disputed payments;
- to send service letters: password resets and support replies;
- to send server news - every such letter has an "Unsubscribe" link.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site sets one cookie: the login session. Logging in is impossible without it, so it cannot be switched off. Interface settings (such as a folded stream box) are kept in your browser.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no visitor profile. Stream previews are loaded from Twitch's servers.
5. Who receives data
Payment providers (PayPal, Stripe) - exactly what a payment needs; the hosting that runs the site and the server; public authorities - only when the law requires it.
6. Storage and protection
Data is kept while the account exists, and security logs as long as account protection and investigating violations need them. Only the administration has access to it.
7. Your rights
You can ask which data about you is stored, have your email corrected, or have the account deleted together with its data. Write to support from the account in question. News letters can be unsubscribed from with the link in the letter itself.
8. Changes
This policy may change. The date at the top of the page shows the last change.
